There is nothing in the world as rewarding as being a Mom. Yes I might get annoyed sometimes, I don't have 10 minutes to myself during the day, but the small things make it worth it. I love it when they pick me wild flowers, or draw me pictures just because they wanted to draw. When I come home from a horrible night at work and they greet me with a huge smile and a hug. Nothing compares. When I look at my kids I see the greatest work of art I have ever had the honor to help create.

day 194-365, found an old shirt...
I was looking for a shirt the other day and found a shirt that I have not seen in years. I would wear this shirt when traveling with the band I was in. While I was in the band it felt like every night I would get hit on by some loser...so I created the shirt and had it printed from cafe press.

I love these shoes, now I just need something to wear them with. I never really was a dress shoe girl but I want to be a bit more girlie now that I am older. I just need a reason to dress up now...hint, hint (for my husband). This is one of the mirror fun images I have in my head right now.

Oh what a world what a world....day 189-365
First day of school for the kids. The house is so different now. Quiet, peaceful, oh so nice. Only my little princess left at home.
OK enough of that, now about my photo. I have these great socks that have had for years, I don't wear them much, only in December and January to keep my legs warm when and if it gets cold enough here. I saw these shoes at Target a few weeks ago, on clearance for only $6! I went back about a week later, in between shifts at chili's, and got them for myself. I don't have many heals, not really a dress shoe type of girl. But I had to get them. Once I had them I got this photo idea right away, but I pictured it in my head with my legs under a house like in the wizard of oz but this worked too.

day 185-365, flowers from my kiddos
I took my two little ones outside to play....they picked some yellow flowers for me! They must of gave me 20 flowers total....my daughter doesn't pull any stem with the flowers, so I only had about 7 with stems. I tucked the yellow flowers behind both ears so I didn't have to hold all of them. I wanted to take a better composition on this but it was hard to take the photo while holding the camera....I should of used a tripod so I could of planed it better. But it works.

SILENCED! day 184-365
A few months ago thehideoutforum.com had a theme of silence. I created one image and decided to go back and create another. I slapped some dark green eyeshadow on under and around my eyes. I then used nail polish to "glue" on the strings over my mouth. In photoshop I edited the strings to make them look like they are sewn into my skin. I also added a texture and darkened my eye area a little bit.

what a drag.....day 183-365
I took this photo a few days ago...it is funny how it is my blog post for today. I tried to wake up early to help my oldest child learn how to wake up at 5 so he can make it to his bus stop for 6am. I didn't do too well. I remember waking up, walking into the living room, then the next thing I remember is hearing the shower start up. My oldest woke up at 7. I will have to remember this photo each day. The name of this photo is "sometimes you just have to drag yourself to do things". I created it by taking a few photos of myself laying down, then a few of my legs in jeans with my hand in a position to be pulling on my arm. I lined a few up and this one was the perfect match. I photoshoped it so my hand was around my arm and fixed the shadows so they connected. It was a fun one to mess with.

Sometimes I don't want to take my picture, so I tried to show that in this. I hid my face with my hair and looked at the camera like I wanted to rip it apart. This project is fun, but it is a pain to do. Taking a selfie everyday trying to take something creative, something different. With 3 kids, my house to keep up, my business, and a part time job. I start to think man why did I take this on, then there are days when I really enjoy it. Taking a photo just for my creative side really helps me out. So I think when this project is done I am going to take a few months off of projects and then do a 365 that are not selfies. Just something I took during the day.

Moon Fariy.....day 171-365
Waiting until the night is peaceful and everyone is asleep, she will sits on the moon and watch over the sky.
I love the moon, something about it, not sure what really pulls me to it but I take way to many pictures of it. So I thought of this when I saw this moon. I have a few out-takes of this on my flickr.
